1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

3. Order Tracking & Live Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier system to update and reflect the tracking information after you receive the code. You can track your package directly on our website through our "Track Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we arrange our logistics routes to minimize any unexpected fees. In the rare event that any customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes are applied upon arrival in the UK, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided by the customer during checkout.

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your payment. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at support@hugzzy.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if the package is officially declared lost by the courier during transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and send clear photos of the damage to support@hugzzy.com so we can fast-track a free replacement or issue a full refund.
